On-call is nights and weekends when the office is closed.
(Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
) This job is 7 days on then 7 days off.
The On-Call Scheduler position is under the supervision of the Owner responsible for receiving phone calls and online inquiries outside of regular business hours finds replacement caregivers for call outs answers questions regarding client care communicates daily with administrative staff complete follow through in a timely manner complete daily work log Requirements:
Health care field experience Extremely self-motivated Outgoing, friendly, and patient Excited to help caregivers and the administrative staff deliver excellent in-home care Organized, impeccable follow-through, and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize Technology friendly (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc) We are looking for dedicated, loyal and A
