We are seeking a motivated, self-starter for the position of General Manager.

This is a salaried position typically Monday thru Friday business hours with the benefits of a flexible office environment and a great team atmosphere.

The General Manager duties:
run the day-to-day operations of the company supervise the administrative staff complete bookkeeping duties liaison with community and referral sources compile and maintain client records assess new clients for services contacts clients and caregivers for follow-up on service delivery and determine satisfaction of services assist in matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client's needs follow up with prospect clients oversee caregiver supervision and scheduling conduct caregiver supervision in the field participate in the on-call scheduler (answering phone not filling in shifts) rotation if needed under the supervision of the owner Requirements:
Health care field and supervision experience required Bachelor's degree preferred Extremely self-motivated and ambitious, wanting to be a part of a business you can personally help grow Outgoing, friendly, and works well with seniors, their family members, caregivers, and fellow professionals in the health care field Excited to help caregivers and the administrative staff deliver excellent in-home care Organized, impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust for hectic schedules Technology friendly (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc) We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated, and A

Salary depends on experience, range $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
Bonus available after three months, medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer pays 90%), 401K, company car, cell phone, and laptop.
